I was delighted to receive my first e-mail while sailing in my 30ft sail
boat several miles off shore on Lake Superior this afternoon.

Thank you for an incredible programme which will change my pattern of
communicating for the better.

ANDREW TALALLA.

This is a godsend, I will be taking this laptop and software to my
75 year old mother in law in West Virginia to enable her to keep in
touch with the extended family.

She couldn't get a full service ISP and this is wonderful.

Found the software at Computer City after reading a review of it in
one of the computer magazines.

Thank you for putting email in reach of "The rest of us"

David,

So far, I think this is the greatest. Bought the kit at a "Best
Buy" store. Actually went in to get a new copy of Eudora. When I
saw your product, I was elated.

We drive truck coast to coast and finding a system that works
everywhere has been a problem for me. All truck stops have phones
that are capable of directly dialing 800 numbers so this is
fantastic. Your charges are also very reasonable for the type of
service you offer.

Thank you, Thank you,

Wild Bill

It is working better than any other such service that I have ever had. Here's a statement:

"I have been through six months of the worst and the best e-mail connections imaginable.
The worst have included those from Netcom, Pipeline and others, with messages to me not
delivered until days later and some never received at all. Of course, to get what Sprint, MCI,
GNN and others offer, you have to subscribe to their entire Internet coverage whether you
want it or not. When their servers go down, everything fails, including e-mail. I have been
out of commissions for hours at a time, more than once for the better part of a day. The
reliability of most of the providers is questionable at best, and abysmal at worst.

"But 'one800' has never been a problem. I have not had even a single minute of downtime.
The interface is efficient and attractive. I do all of my composing off-line. When I get ready
to send one or a dozen messages, I double-click on CONNECT, and in seconds am
connected, the messages are sent automatically, and then I am disconnected also
automatically.

"This is a marvelous offering indeed. It is simple, it is bullet-proof AND your recipients don't
even need an Internet provider. They have to use the company's software but this installs
effortlessly. Those who do not have the software but are Internet oriented provide no
problem. This service gets through to them, and they reply directly to you, though they do not
have the company's software. (Necessary ONLY if the distant party is NOT on the
Internet.)

"Above all, as with so many people who are not much interested in the Internet but get the
package from providers because of the e-mail part of it, you do not have to pay $10 or $15
or $20 a month. This new service is just $6.95 for hundreds of messages and literally a few
cents for ones over that limit.

"Absolutely indispensible, dependable and inexpensive -- the best possible combination!"

Thanks for the welcome...I have been looking for an "E-mail only"
service for a month now. Everyone is familiar with Juno, but who
wants the advertising? So I made many calls to software stores and
no one was familiar with this type of service. I proceed to contact
AT&T and MCI and they both offer the service, but at a hefty price.
Yesterday I signed up with MCIMAIL, bought their "The Wire for
MCIMAIL" software and used it yesterday, but when I went to retrieve
E-mail today my software was corrupt. I called their tech. support
number in the software manual and it was disconnected. Nice huh?
Well, when I called Best Buy to see if would exchange the MCI
software a saleslady told me about 1-800 E MAIL. I was very excited
and rushed out to exchange the MCI MAIL. I have now cancelled my
MCIMAIL account. I would strongly suggest more advertising for this
software. I asked a bunch of people and they were not familiar. If
the store clerks became familiar, your company would sell more to
people like me who want and need e-mail, but do not need a
whole internet package at 19.95 a month or want to mess with AOL.

I am about to log on... See ya,

Janean Furdock
